Meet some of the new faces you’re seeing around the table.
As you may know, one of the big goals for our Board this year has been to grow our community. In fact, that is probably the goal (stated or not) of just about every Board of every Chapter of every association in existence. We have been very fortunate this year to welcome so many new people into our group. Each person we add brings new ideas, new viewpoints, and even new opportunities for success.
This month is no different. In fact, since I haven’t posted one of these introduction articles in a while, we have more than our usual number of new, committed participants. We inducted several of these folks at our May meeting. Others, we’ll be welcoming in upcoming seminars. Whenever you see them, be sure to cheer them on and give them your support. Here’s a little more about each of them.

Phil Wrzesinski has fun helping others. Whether through the years he spent leading and developing team building programs, or the decades he spent running the largest independent toy store in America, or the hours he has logged on stage teaching independent retailers and small business owners the tools they need to service their customers and be more profitable, Phil finds ways to help you grow and succeed. Phil is a successful author, having written three books (with a fourth on the way), and is the curriculum director and lead instructor for the Jackson Retail Success Academy™.
When he isn’t writing, speaking, or raising his teenage boys, you can usually find Phil walking his dog, strumming his six-string at a local pub, or losing golf balls on the many golf courses around Jackson.
