Protrack is designed to provide speakers with an opportunity for a major forward leap in their careers as part-time or full-time speakers.
- Looking for ways to increase bookings and make more money as a speaker?
- Need help in developing your business and speaking skills?
- Wondering how to get started as a professional speaker?
Here’s what a few people who’ve completed the ProTrack program have to say
about their experience:
"I had been a speaker for approximately 20 years when I started the ProTrack program.
Although I was very comfortable with speaking, I knew that I needed to take the quality of my
presentations to the next level. This program was the best way possible to do that! This
program is not just for new speakers, but also for those wishing to improve their skills."
"I have gained immeasurably from the ProTrack program. All aspects of my professional life
have improved and I have acquired a network and support system of mentors and colleagues.
This will benefit me long after the program is finished. Those who were designing and
teaching this program put so very much into it: heart and soul as well as the very highest
level of professional expertise."

I Got the Proverbial “Big Picture”
I never before thought of professional speaking as part of a meetings industry. I didn’t know
that some very successful speakers give keynotes not so much for the sake of the fee but for
the seminars the audience will book later. I didn’t know that many successful speakers write
books to get bookings for their keynotes &/or training sessions— that the meetings industry
hires experts who can speak more than it hires speakers. All this has caused me to rethink how
to market my business of public speaking, which has opened new opportunities for me.
I Had the Opportunity to Improve my Platform Skills
While I get valuable feedback from my fellow Toastmasters, constructive feedback from
speaking professionals as seasoned as ProTrack faculty gave me a priceless education. It
probably prevented some lawsuits over issues that had never before occurred to me.
I Began to Put My Business Plan on Paper
A “homework” assignment forced me to at least begin what any business needs— a written
business plan.
I Finally Outlined My First Book
The Outline has changed the content of my keynote address, based on feedback from my
fellow ProTrackers that will affect my “back-of-the-room” product.
I Now Have a Growing Network in the Business
Between my fellow ProTrackers and the NSA-Michigan members I have met, I now know
talented people I can ask to give me feedback on an idea—and people to whom I can refer
clients whose needs I cannot personally address.
