Amina Hedayat Khalil started her journey to NSA-Michigan when she became a National member of NSA four years ago. Due to business travel and a busy practice as a personal coach, Amina never connected with our local chapter. But all that has changed! She attended our Master Class this October, saw the value of the experience, and decided to join as a Candidate! And we are happy she did.
Coming to the USA 45 years ago from Egypt, Amina ended up landing in East Lansing. As a personal coach with her own business, Audere Interpersonal Intelligence, she works with individuals to develop personal leadership skills. Her business motto is “How is your inner dialogue affecting your outer dialogue?”
Amina’s practice assists professionals to better understand the nature and complexities of relationships and how to advance them to build trust. Her training started at Dale Carnegie. She was then trained and certified in coaching through the Institute of Professional Excellent (IPE). As part of her business, Amina has become a mentor coach for IPE and assists “train-the-trainer.”
Amina is married and has three adult children of whom she is very proud. One is a professor at Michigan State University. Another is a general manager for a pharmaceutical company. The third is a student at what Amina likes to refer to as “the other school” (University of Michigan). She enjoys college football, despite MSU’s struggles this season.
Please help me welcome Amina to NSA-Michigan. She can be reached at 517.525.2221 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
