About Our Panelists:

Julie Homsey 
comes to The Speaker Exchange Agency with a 23 year sales and customer service background in the speaking industry.  Julie has won numerous customer service and sales awards during her career.  In December 2011 she started her own agency, The Speaker Exchange Agency, LLC and then in early 2012 partnered with her good friend and past colleague, Brittanny Kreutzer. She is known for her dedication, quick response time, passion, and commitment to her speakers and clients. She finds joy in helping clients and speakers connect, which in turn helps change lives. Julie feels blessed to work with an awesome team and is grateful for the many people she partners with daily.

Sarah Michels is an Experience Architect who has been working in the meetings industry for over 20 years to create dynamic audience experiences. Her vast knowledge of next-generation learning and facilitation skills help design dynamic meetings that guarantee more participation, opportunities for connecting and peer-to-peer interactions to deliver on the networking promise of live events. Sarah is Vice President of Professional Connexity for Velvet Chainsaw Consulting helping organizations design and execute can’t miss meetings. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) awarded by the National Speakers Association and a nationally recognized expert on networking and the creator of the NetWORTHing® process. 

David Pace 
is President and founder of Business Speakers Bureau and the David Pace Agency.  The company was organized in 1995 when he realized there was a need in the marketplace for an agency to assist companies, associations and organization in selecting high quality speaking professionals, business icons and celebrities for their special events. 
David believes in serving in his community and business associations.  He is a member of the International Association of Speakers Bureaus, the MI Society of Association Executives, MI Meeting Professionals International, MI Festivals and Events Association and Professional Speakers Association.  He has served on the Board of Directors for the Southern Tier World Trade Association, Local Councils of the Boy Scouts of America, Director of The Parent Institute, Davenport University Advisory Board for the Maine School of Business and has been active in ecclesiastical leadership for over 30 years.
