Taylorr Payne: How to Create a Business That Runs Itself (while growing it 2x this year)

Guess what doesn't get talked about enough in our industry?

Systems.

How to spend less on the things you don't enjoy and spend more on the things you do enjoy.

As a thought leader, you started your business to create impact, to create content, and to make change, not to waste precious time on duplicate entries, lackluster technology, and spinning your wheels.

When you have systems working for you, your business changes. You see, though, systems are normally defined only by the technology. But there's more to it than thatSystems are the technology, process, and people in your business that create predictable results - they remove guesswork and create consistency.

Systems prevent the rollercoaster of feast or famine, raise your impact, and create a business that can run itself.

In this session, we'll uncover how to think about systems in your business, what they should be doing for you, and how to identify the ones you need most to hit your goals.

You've already learned a lot about how to make money. You can always find more money.

My question, though, is how do you create more time?
